Do I need to choose a paid plan at registration?

No. You can start with the available free limits and upgrade from the merchant dashboard when you need more capacity.

Which currency is used for platform plans?

Ticket Window platform plans and subscription payments are displayed and billed in Saudi riyals (SAR) in every market.

Is my store currency also SAR?

Not necessarily. Your merchant store currency is selected separately from your country and is used for customer sales.

How is tax shown?

Any tax applicable to the platform charge is shown before payment. Merchant sales tax settings follow the merchant country and store configuration.

How do I accept customer payments?

Connect an available merchant payment gateway from your store settings. Customer payments remain separate from Ticket Window platform subscription payments.

What is the difference between platform and store payments?

Platform plans are paid centrally in SAR. Customer purchases happen in the merchant storefront using the store currency and merchant payment configuration.

Can I issue customer refunds?

Refund availability and timing depend on the merchant gateway and the refund policy configured for the store.
